By purchasing a ticket for an event hosted by Anna Simpson Sound, you agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk:

You acknowledge that using equipment provided during the event—including chairs, blankets, floor mats, and eye masks—carries certain risks. You accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may arise.

Release of Liability:

You agree to release Anna Simpson Sound, its staff, and representatives from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses you may experience while using the equipment.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify Anna Simpson Sound for any costs or damages incurred due to your use of the equipment.

Acknowledgment:

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and that your participation is voluntary.

Ticket Policy:

All ticket sales are final and cannot be transferred to other events. The event address is provided on the event listing and your booking confirmation. To maintain a peaceful environment, the doors will close 5 minutes after the event start time. Late entry will not be allowed. Any disruption to the sound bath may result in being denied future services. Please note that some events may be photographed or recorded.
